Directions
From Atlanta:
- First Choice: Take I-85 north from I-285, to exit 126 (to Winder, Highway 211) and turn right at the top of the exit ramp. Stay on Highway 211 for 6.2 miles, to a large intersection with a traffic light and turn right onto Carl Cedar Hill Road. Continue for 3.2 miles, cross the railroad tracks, (there will be a BP gas station across the street to the left) turn right at the traffic light and go .3 miles to Carl House on your left, at 1176 Atlanta Highway.
- Second Choice: Take I-85 North from I-285, to Highway 316 (East, towards Athens) and follow it for 11 miles, until you get to an intersection with a traffic light at Winder Highway / Highway 29 / Business 8 (also called Atlanta Highway). You will see a Quick Trip gas station on your left. Turn left, towards Dacula, Auburn and Carl. Go exactly 7.2 miles and Carl House will be on your right, at 1176 Atlanta Highway.
From the Mall of Georgia:
If you are staying near the Mall of Georgia (exit 115 on I-85 North), at the Spring Hill Suites or the Hampton Inn, take Highway 20 (Buford Drive) towards Buford for about 1.5 miles and turn right onto Highway 324, Gravel Springs Road. Follow Gravel Springs Road until it ends (about 9.5 miles), turn left onto Highway 29 / Atlanta Highway / Winder Highway / Business 8, continue for 2.2 miles and you will see Carl House on your right, at 1176 Atlanta Highway.
From South Carolina on I-85, traveling towards Atlanta:

Take Highway 316 West out of Athens to the Carl Bethlehem Road exit on your right (just past Highway 81), turn right onto Carl Bethlehem Road and go approximately 4.5 miles to the third stop sign. You will see a BP gas station on your right. Turn right and go for about 50 feet to a traffic light where you will face Winder Highway / Business 29 / Highway 8. Turn left, go .3 miles and Carl House will be on your left, at 1176 Atlanta Highway.
