in planning as little or as much of your event as you request. For
birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, quinceaňeras, sweet sixteen
parties, fund raisers, political rallies, retirement parties, charity
balls, silent auctions, corporate retreats or other events, Carl House is

- We are just 50 minutes and 3
turns from downtown Atlanta, 25 minutes from Athens and near the Mall of
Georgia.
- You will have the private
use of our entire 4-acre estate.
- Your rental includes the
4000 square foot grand ballroom and mezzanine, and our peaceful, private
garden areas, as well as our gazebo, for outdoor parties.
- With an outside tent, we can
accommodate 450 people; Carl House’s inside capacity is 350 for parties
served buffet style or 225 for sit-down events.
- You can enjoy smaller
gathering rooms, with fireplaces, for more intimate events.
- Our chef is extraordinary
and can create a delicious menu to suit your budget and taste.
